Hi guys , just came across flyable FSX ships , not sure if / where available , but screen shots seem ok .

Hi Dave,

I think you've missed a trick mate :lol:

FSX ships are pilotable if you want, but most prefer to strip out the controls and use them as AI so that you can practice finding them and landing on them ;)

Ah! Yes, Ships where pilotable in FS9 as they were just models like any other, but they couldn'y normally be used as AI :)

That website caused mayhem on my IE9. Warnings then Locked up

Hi guys , It's Fighter Control website , accessed thro' windows XP and mozilla firefox with Kaspersky anti-virus . Just tried the link and it got thro' 2 mins ago . Apols if others have probs .

Dave, the best ship models for FS9 are by the Japanese modeller Hamaguchi. His website is hard to find but this website will get you one ship and maybe clues to the others...I use his AI ship models for my cruise ships that come in and out of the bay by McLeland Field...Some of them have "Flyable" models:-

DaveF, Peter..

Just type in Hamaguchi at Flightsim.com (not Hama or HAMA) and pages of his stuff will display. I don't think his site is up and running anymore ;)
