Simshed

Post by Brian Franklin »

I know there is nothing new on Simshed but I also have to report that for the moment at least it is not fully on line. I'm having a dispute with the hosting company who have taken it on themselves to do something with the site that I did not ask for and they have billed me for. Guess what - I'm refusing to pay for it. So until it is resolved there is no functionality on the site at all. Apologies.

In case anyone wants to know the company so they can beware of opportunistic t**ts I shouldn't tell you however it's

Thanks for that Brian.
Good luck with the "baskets"

On the local front, Coles have been fined for advertising bread as baked "in store" - gawd, I HATE that expression - when in fact it was made in Ireland, frozen, and reheated in the shop. Today, they were fined again for flogging USA oranges beneath a big sign reading "Helping Australia grow" In Western Australia, they asked for permits to open their grog shops on Good Friday, "as it would attract tourists to the area."
It's enough to drive you to drink!

For anyone else who is thinking about it, I heartily recommend theemailshop - been using them a couple of years and they are much better than I ever expected in both products and support (and the price isn't bad either ;) )
