And while you were busy with all that, I was sneaking out of the back door, having dropped off all my Rule Book modules and two huge Sectional Appendix volumes. I'm done, now, and proper retired so Rules and Routes are no longer part of my world. Sorry about that, Eddie, but I couldn't resist rubbing it in
Congratulations, though, on getting the Rules signed off. It's much harder for drivers than it is for guards and even more so when you have to memorise all that stuff before you've actually experienced it and done the practical driving. I do know just how hard it is so I'm really pleased you've got through the hardest part.
Have a good holiday and I hope you'll have a bit more time to visit from now on.
