A very entertaining document Peter!

I've been to a few of the places featured (the Entebbe Hotel, Salisbury (Harare by the time I was there), Lusaka, Bahrain, Nairobi (I'm sure the airport restaurant has gone downhill ) but they'd all changed vastly by the time I did so

I've just sent my father a message with the link, he was bought up in Kenya. My grandfather (who worked over there) sadly isn't with us any more but would have been particularly interested by the roadtrip photos, he used to travel occasionally between Kenya & Rhodesia (& IIRC S.A. too) by road too & had some entertaining stories about the trips (he had a photographic memory).

Thank you Richard, I'm glad you enjoyed it and I hope your father finds it interesting I would have liked to have shown it to my father but he died many years before I had a computer.
