Thanks for the info on the Canberras - I'll be getting those, too, then (just use alphasim's FS9 B2 at the moment, with the ASI from Dave's Hunter substituted for the alpha one).

Will be test flying the Bucc later today :)

EDIT: - all Cranberries bought, but -sob- no Saints scheme for the Buccaneer! (16sqn) :'(

Okay, chaps, regarding manual start-up. I've been testing for about 1½ hours and I found that I can manually start the S1 warm.

So, start the flight and everything is already running - take off, do a circuit, land and switch everything off.

Restart - no issues at all. That durn CWP gets a bit annoying, mind.

So I get into the S2, starting cold & dark (via a C&D saved flight in the C172) and I spent an hour trying to start the flippin thing and no joy. After about 50 minutes I managed to get number 1 started, but no joy with no.2

I don't know how I got 1 started - it's not exactly a difficult process is it? Far from it, so I started playing around with other stuff. I opened the load window and put a pair of tanks on, then flicked the monitor switches in the cockpit to show No.1 readings (one on each side of the front panel) and it suddenly kicked into life! Yes, I did cheer very loudly! :welldone:

But no.2 is a frustration. :wall:
