Do you ever find yourself watching a tv ad and wondering just what that background music is? There's currently an ad for Bailey's Chocolat drink on UK tv and I said to SWMBO that I rather liked the soundtrack but didn't know what it was and she suggested Googling it(smart@rse).Of course I had already sussed that out
hadn't I? Anyway the track is a clip from'Black Water' by Apparat.Have a listen particularly to the melody from about the 3:00 minute point

I'm not a fan of TV adverts, and rarely watch them, but I'm liking the tadpoles, or what look like tadpoles, swimming to You really got me by The Kinks.
I haven't got a clue what they are advertising.

If you have an iPhone you can use an app called Shazam. It listens to tunes being played and will identify the title and artist.
There may also be an android equivalent.

If you have a Windows phone you don't need an app you just use the music search button
