There can surely be only one place they should go to, and I drove past it this morning. I'm sure that the museum can't afford them, but if Dave wants to organise a whip-round?
After delving into my wallet this morning for RBL Poppy collectors, and a posse of limbless ex and serving forces, there is little left to give. I'm more than happy to contribute whatever I can to worthy causes, but I resent being ambushed at the entrance to shopping centres, out of town retail parks, garden centres and such like.
Apologies for drifting slightly off topic.
