I came across this article and reading though it look how much this chap paid for this Connie and it will be great to see this aircraft fly again this year 2014,

Lovely aeroplanes . I agree with Eric , fantastically beautiful ( along with the Super VC-10 ) . The last time I saw one in flight was on a lovely clear day in April 1963 when I saw one going out through Wallasey - ouch, more than 50 years ago now !

Very Interesting, thanks for posting this Eric . Hopefully, I'll have a chance to see a connie fly. It would be the first of my 50 + years.
