Their A-7 Corsair packages are good, especially if you are like me, and prefer a jet of moderate performance.

I have the Lightning and I quite like it. As said, it's a bit tame, but that's no reason to dislike it, believe me.

As a fan of DCS products I know very well that "realistic" is definitely not synonymous with "fun", as anyone who has flown the Belsimtek Huey will affirm.

I read they are planning further types, in addition to the F6, too.

Cheers chaps. What's the best Binbrook for FSX in your opinion?

Is that Binbrook Ben or a Frightning?? I think I have an ACG version somewhere (Binbrook that is) and from what I remember.. it is to the same high standard as their other airfields :)

All this has got me wanting AI Lightnings and Hunters in the air. I think I must have all of JY's Hunters but not a single plan for them :( Must go looking for Lightnings (if I don't already have them too) :) AI Gnats or JP5's would be nice too. Don't know of any Gnats though other than Brians and I think they're a bit heavy to have lots in situ.

Hi mate,

its Binbrook. Teds has ai files and instructions for the lightnings. I haven't put the ai in yet, but his Binbrook is easy on the frames.

Ahh.. easy on the frames is interesting :cpu: I've never had too many probs with ACG's scenery as far as FR's go though load em up with AI and the situation can change. Marham is ok mind.. that's with Canberra's, Victors and Tonka's flying in and out on a regular basis.

Got a link for Ted's Binbrook? (EDIT.. found it) ;)

I'll have to have a look at the ACG stuff. Just downloading Marham now, and you know how I like a bit of victor

Ben..

I can't find an ACG Binbrook anywhere and I swear I had one. Development at ACG stopped and appeared to start again but it's still not out.

Did you have any luck with Lightning AI? I can't get my hands on 'mpai_ee_lightning_ai_traffic_2.zip' for love nor money. Can't find it at Allnodes though I did find a link to say it was available at AVSIM. Guess what.. my cookie appears to have gone walkies/been reset and I can't get into AVSIM now. It deserves to go under that place does

Hi mate after several hours last night, yes. Teds Binbrook uses 3 different ICAO's, none of which are the proper Binbrook (EGXB). So I redid the AFCAD so as it was EGXB and edited the traffic file so that the aircraft go to airbases that I have (standard ones). I'll try and get the whole kit and caboodle uploaded later today. I also downloaded John Youngs Harriers and Lightning as I quite fancy having a few at Dunsfold and maybe doing something with some of the RAE kit at Boscombe / Farnborough / West Freugh. I'd love RAE Bedford, but I don't think its been done. I was working on an AFCAD for it a while back, but can't find it for love nor money.
