I know there are plenty of motorports fans here, so I'd like to share this with you - that MotorsTV is now available on Freeview channel 240 as part of the ConnectTV service (or Aqiva, I think it's called).
This doesn't mean everyone with freeview can get it, though, as it is delivered over the internet, so you need a so-called "Smart" device. Pretty much any such TV bought after 2012 should do it, plus any smart box including BluRay players with apps etc.
There are some teething issues - my new PVR device can receive the channel, but never gets passed the 'loading...' screen. Haven't tried properly with my other two devices yet. I know plenty of people are getting it just fine, though, and reports on the quality vary enormously.

Re: Motors TV on Freeview
Good one JD
I've considered buying one of those 'Now TV' boxes (without making the subscription) but I'd probably blow my BB allowance to bu99ery. Didn't realise they used BB until I looked into it
I may upgrade one day

Be careful, though, Dave - if your internet connection is low speed (sub 3MB/s I've found) you will have difficulties - especially with HD content.
BT just dropped my speed (yet again) to 2.5 MB/s from just over 3Meg, and all HD is stuttering and some stuff won't stream at all. It was all fine at the previous speed.
Roll on fibre!
