Very bad news to report. :worried:

I drove up to the airport this monring and it hit me. As I turned the corner in the carpark, there it was. :-O Sitting on the ramp in all it hideousness :-O :-O . I'd not yet got the anti sickness medication, so I fear I will be affected for some time. :(

It did eventually leave on a service flight after a number of victims were swallowed up.

There was quite a delay after they boarded before it started up so I guess they were treating the pax for shock. :worried:

It duly took off, no doubt imune from any possibilty of birdstrike as it frightened them all away.

Seriously, in the flesh it doesn't look quite as bad as modern colour photography tends to enrich and strengthen colours.

Still not my choice, but if the idea is for it to stand out amoungst the crowd, well, it does that.

Flybe are one of the few airlines that fly from here to Birmingham, the other common one is Ryanair. So I am a Flybe passenger when I can get a decent price.

The best place to view that aircraft could be from the inside. . . . . . I do hope they haven't used that colour much on the inside where there's no escape. :worried:
Could be even worse than Easy Jet's orange.
