When are you operating, or has the event passed? I tried QRZ.com but neither call came up.

It was all of last week, I'm afraid. I did post about it here, but probably not prominently enough. The info was on the RAFARS website, rather than QRZ. The guys who are running the event (we do it every year - though this latest even will be the last one from Colerne, as 21 Sigs are reverting to being a regular line unit and 244 Signal Sqn are taking over as sole air support unit and moving to the Midlands) are not really au faix with the internet as far as radio is concerned - nor am I, for that matter, having only just started using eqsl.
Condx were not favourable, with only a few DX stations being worked, all the rest being G and Benelux on 40m SSB, plus a dozen or so on the key on 40m. A total of around 500 stations over the week.
There is a strong possibility we will be running the station from 244 Sqn next year and it's always the first working week in June. The callsign will be different, though - it changes every year, with GB4AFS being the 'back-up' if what we want for the NOV isn't available.
The lads (21 Sigs) are currently out on their final tour in Helmand, in the Sangin area and the QSL card depicts a group of them on "TV Hill".
My callsign is M0BZG - I'll listen out for you on the bands, though I'm not as active as I used to be.

500 QSOs are not to be sneezed at, especially if conditions weren't good and I know CW Field day was on as well. Although I wasn't involved, I believe my club, Bangor & District ARS, had managed over 800 contacts by 10:00 on Sunday morning. I don't know the breakdown of 'local' to DX, though.
I have to say that I'm also going through a 'quiet period', but that may change, of course!
