Wow!! the pilot used his 'Jump jets' :lol:

What an amazing aeroplane...it can take off and land vertically...I'm sure we could use something as useful as this :) *-) :doh: :wall:

Hi Joe,

Well what an amazing piece of film, it goes to show that all that practice landing pays off!

I did'nt know about that Stool so that's something i have learnt!, shows what a great aircraft that Harrier is as you could not land any other aircraft on a carrier minus it's nose wheel without a problem.

It's a varient of V/STOL. .. They call it. U/STOOL

which one just might. After doing it.

Probably around a million bucks for a stool. We Brits would've just used a sandbag. £0-75p from army and navy stores. :lol:

Well done the pilot but "... $30million piece of military hardware would smash into the deck of the ship" a bit of an exaggeration.
