A True Aussie Mike?

Post by Tomliner »

This morning I was in luck and was able to buy two boxes of "VIC BITTER" cheap at the local bottle shop.
I placed the boxes on the front seat and headed back home. I stopped at a service station where a drop-dead gorgeous Sheila in a short skirt was filling up her car at the next pump.
She glanced at the two boxes of beer, bent over and leaned in my
passenger window, and said in a sexy voice, "I'm a big believer in barter, handsome. Would you be interested in trading sex for beer ?"
...
I thought for a few seconds and asked,

"What kind of beer 'ya got ?"

(Spoken like a true Aussie)

Thanks Joe, that worked.

Not such a bad idea, to introduce a smoky flavour.
What I do not like is that mention of coffee flavoured beer. Yuk!
As bad as vanilla coffee and the other disgusting taste combinations that makers put out.
Cheers, Mike.

 Indeed, Mike.
To many choices for people in the coffee shops these days too
All that nonsense just makes people stare at the menu .. mumbling ... ummm ummm . 8)

I prefer the good ol days of ...It's tea or coffee. add cream and sugar, or not.

Pay up, :bandit: move along.

..............
Beer and Coffee? :-O
I think it's like - against forum rules to put those to words together in the same sentence. ;)

While I have your attention, Joe,
Why do they teach sofa mores in US universities, don't the kids know how to behave on a couch?
Cheers, Mike.

Hah! - One of my young nephews in Scotland could not understand why Buffy insisted on wearing an omelette around her neck, when she had a date with a particularly nasty vampire
