Hi All,
An old friend of mine sent me this link, while a long film it's a great tribute i think to those who flew the "Lanc" during the war and hopefully this year we will see two Lancaster's flying together with the Canadian "Lanc" coming over here,

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.
Re: Night Bombers
Thanks for that. Then I got waylaid into videos on Adolf Galland, which drew me into the Me 262, which led to some Douglas Bader videos. Result was the yard didn't get mowed and I got shouted at.

Yes, thanks Roger,
Watched about 15 minutes, will have another go later. Didn't know that they did a 2 x .50 tail turret. Still learn something every day.

According to an article in the weekend press, the successful bid to join the flight across from Canada was from someone in the south of England who paid £43,000 for it! EricT
