I just wonder what the reaction my wife would have shown if she had been there - she normally goes round shopping at high speed & complains if people jam the aisles chatting - as is the French way.......why she rushes around only God knows......I get told off when trailing 3 feet behind her with the trolley!

Doesn't float my boat I'm afraid. It comes as close as is possible to 'audience participation' and that really grips my S*it

"Funiclì Funiculà". A Neapolitan song about the funicular railway up Vesuvius, the railway was destroyed by an eruption in 1944.

Thanks Graham I'm now going to have that chorus stuck in my head for days. :poke:

At least it wasn't "O Sole Mio".

Jon

P.S. I do a wicked Spaghetti al Pesto but I'm not fond of Saclà's version.

I learn something new here every day. Thanks, Jon, for that interesting tid bit! BTW, I thought the voices weren't half bad.

Graham,
Thanks Mate. :)

DaveB,
You're just an old grump.
Obviously too much flight simming, you need to get out more.
Cheers, Mike.

Hi Jon,
Don't worry, there's more where that came from:

Personally I'm more comfortable with the Vernacular, and I don't even have to go overseas for it. :)
Cheers, Mike.
