If you haven't read his autobiography 'Wings On My Sleeve' I thoroughly recommend it.A remarkable man.

I see the Beeb has corrected the caption on the second photo. Now it says 'Eric Brown at the cockpit'. Earlier today it was 'Eric Brown lands a Vampire'.Angus Prune wrote:Also see this article on the BBC news website

Thanks for the link, I'm listening now. Capt. Brown is also featured prominently on the AeroCinema site giving his memories of various things from his experiences in general to opinions on specific aircraft that he flew.
