Graham,I still take liquid cod liver oil daily to this day.I think that is what helps me to retain my remarkable brain power and boyish good looks. :hide: EricT

No one has mentioned 'long uns'......I didn't get them until I was in secondary school, aged about 13....

BTW, why is the name of all Keiths, spelt wrongly?
Isn't it "i before e, except after c"? NOT K!

Rose hip syrup, now that was a regular for me before cycling off for the day. I always imagined that my legs tired quicker if I skipped my dose.

My favourite was the orange juice supplied by the MOF, in small bottles to be diluted.

I got the job on family visits, of looking after the other kids, and if I kept them quiet and out from under the feet of the adults, my reward was a bottle of said juice.
