I'm right with you, Alex & Nigel, as I'm sure our other contributors here would be. (Including Robbie, who's just popped in while I'm submitting. Hi Robbie, on my way to P.O. very soon)

Certainly looking very grim, no trace on day two in a busy area. Really makes you wonder whether there is sinister foreign involvement, even though they say there are no hostile nations on that route. Are crews being bribed to deliver airframes for reverse engineering somewhere?
Cheers, Mike.

Vancouver wrote:Am I missing something here or is the posting of a repaint within hours (with reference to the missing aircraft in the text so it is not a coincidence) of the report at Simviation in poor taste. To me it is unseemly. I remember similar happening after the Malaysian flight. People are so callous these days. I could of course be out of step and in need of re-orientation in my morals.
Alex, I remember 10 or more years back, that sort of ghoulish activity was not allowed, by Flightsim or Avsim. Now we see the same sort of thing, pretending to 'honour' the victims. Utterly wrong, has to be stopped.

You are quite right Alex

Remember the flying into the Twin Towers within hours?. Actually I even stood near someone as the TT was on live and he was laughing...though all that tragedy was great fun as "As long as I'm OK I don't care about anyone else". Sounds unbelievable, but it happened.

Makes me feel sick even now.

This doesn't surprise me...I can't comment further as, TBH , I don't understand it.

The sort that will film someone laying injured , even dying on the ground with his mobile rather than help.

Sad to say, morality has morphed into situational ethics.

Ones own feelings, Rationale. are the benchmark of good and evil.

Hi Garry

Yes mate, you probably caught the first release. And I the second or third.
Which are usually the most factual until the official reports are released at the end.
Hypothesis run wild in between and generate the greatest revenue for the media outlets.

These things (I know) you know .

Cheers
