I don't remember the photo being taken, but it does look as if we have been told to look serious rather than smiling! The guy on the left is Tim Cohu, a "Hunting, Shooting and Fishing" type and a dear friend. He was my last Boss in the RAF at the Mk 2 Lightning Simulator Unit at RAF Leconfield. He died 5 years ago and I attended his funeral in Lincolnshire.
