...is the highest peak of Kilimanjaro...Here it is in 1959:-
The peak's altitude is 19318 feet...the aircraft are Venom FB4s of 208 Squadron and I am flying in the "box" position. The photo was taken on 30th September 1959 and I was flying WR 412. The flight was to get a suitable photograph for the Squadron's Christmas Card for 1959.

Thanks for the Christmas wish, Peter.. belated as it may be I can't really complain since I wasn't born untill 62!
