Re: JF Hawk announced
I'm looking forward to a new Hawk. I missed out on the one made by Rick and am making do with the UKMIL version.

Re: JF Hawk announced
Going backwards, as it were, I have just returned to my Skysim Hawk after an FSX re-install and, guess what, I am having problems re-activating.
I have my old activation code, and when entered (having followed all the instructions to the minutest detail!) I get the very welcome message that my Hawk has been successfully activated. But, sadly, not so - after a couple of minutes from load-up I gat the dreaded message in red telling me to press the ILS Marker and the 5 minute count-down starts. Pressing the count-down has no effect, and after 5 minutes I am back in 'Lego-Land' with a frozen Hawk.
Can anyone (Mr Piper?) help?
I have loved flying this simulation - what a pity that such a sad story is attached to its author, its development and its demise. I would love to find the Chipmunk, too, as it is what I learned to fly at Hamble so many years ago!
In anxious hope ...........
