Thanks from me too , Eric. . They give me cause to remember Ian (speedbird591) who's passing was two years ago on the 2nd.
I miss him very much.

I miss him very much.
I'm very happy that they brought memories of Ian to mind.I hadn't forgotten the date of his passing and he was in my thoughts as I posted these pics.I used to enjoy his comments and wit and along with Garry we've lost two great presences on this forum. :'( EricT

Great pics Eric. :thumbsup: Thanks for sharing them with us. I'd hate to be the one who repaints the bridge. :lol: The bridge always seems much smaller until you see pics of her taken from vantage points like the one in your pics. Rest in peace Garry and Ian. You're both very much missed. :((

Hi Eric,

Thanks for posting those, they are very nice pictures,

As an aside i ran out of diesel in my truck going over the Forth road bridge back in the 70's on my way to Forfar, i had forgotten to switch tanks so had to quickly jump out and turn the tap over, while doing so looked down to see a ship passing underneath though the drain in the road!

Super shots, Eric :thumbsup: I especially like the sunset ones
BTW the car, if it was built 1946 is an Mg tc model The T series were first built before the war and ended production in 55 when the mga was introduced Nice car but I would prefer my tr4 :lol:
