It's a poor link if you have little time though. There's great footage of the Mk2 (L2) following it and after that.. RN Aviation in the 60's. I dare not have gone further

Thanks for the link.
I'd hoped it was a preview for a proper documentary on the Swordfish, but apparently not.
Anyway, I'll slip in a literary recommendation here if I may gents. I suspect many of you will be familiar with this one, but if not War in a Stringbag by the late Charles Lamb (DSO DSC, RN) is well worth a read. He piloted a Swordfish at The Battle of Taranto and though it's years since I've held a copy, it's one that's stuck in my mind.
