Brilliant find there Mike :welldone: Pity we don't see many classic cars like that on our roads. Though an old Austin A40 which I have seen a number of times still has the power to turn heads when it passes by.

Just one question, surely there should be a number plate on the front or did some-one nick it? :-O

Regards
Nigel.

Hi Nigel :hello:
Glad you liked it!
The lack of number plates surprised me too, so I did another shot from the back - still no plate :dunno:
Collector cars usually cary a "Club Permit" plate, red & white, and they're only allowed on the road whilst to & from, or at, a rally.
Possibly it was being delivered. Some traders don't attach their trade plates (why do they get away with it?)
Another thought, maybe the whole thing was stolen, and the plates were removed to avoid detection! :hide:
It was a treat to see. Took some inside, and detail shots if anyone would like to see them. :)
Cheers, Mike.

Thanks for the reply Mike, I bet some-one nicked the plates to avoid fines from speed cameras!! 8)
