Best I can figure out Dovetail is coming out with two products this year 'Flight School' and 'Flight Simulator'. Flight school is for new users to learn to fly light aircraft and will probably not be of much use to the expert flight simmers who frequent this site. Best to wait for there 'Flight Simulator'.

Although flight school might give us a taste of what to expect when simulator finally arrives. I may just buy it just to support the flight sim industry, I do the same for X-Plane. I have bought three full copies of x-plane over the years, still don't know how to use it, just wish there was a way to quickly map the joystick and keyboard controls to work the same way it does in MS based sims.

Ah that. Your original link had a July 2014 date and was referring to FSX-Steam.

The DTG Flight School doesn't interest me much. Although it looks nice, as far as I'm aware it's not mod-able, although I'm sure someone will find a way to hack it about.
I'll keep an eye on the forth coming DTG Flight Simulator when it appears. Be interesting to see how mod-able that one will be. *-) I expect I'll get it at some point, probably in a sale though!
