You mean you're sorry you got it because it's now less than AU$20 and you paid more for it in the past, or you're sorry because you've just bought it for AU$20 and it's not very good ?

Re: WW2 Pacific for FSX Steam
Hi Paul,
I mean that I bought it for under $20, and it was a waste of money.
I've uninstalled it and the whole FSX Steam while I was at it.
AND I uninstalled FS9, along with all its scenery, enhancements, and aircraft.

Re: WW2 Pacific for FSX Steam
I'm not very keen on these WW2/Korea/Vietnam scenery or combat add-ons. The military aircraft themselves are fine, but I prefer to keep P3D ( and FSX before it ) a strictly peaceful civilian environment. If I want war, I'll go to Rise of Flight, the IL2 series, or DCS - they're designed from the ground up as combat sims. I hear TacPack is good, but it doesn't interest me enough to try it out. Anyway, sorry to hear you wasted your money - I know how it feels.

Re: WW2 Pacific for FSX Steam
I'm with you on that, Paul; "Peace, man!"
I was looking for a reason to keep FSX Steam on the system. Now they're both gone.
In this case, the internal views of the aircraft were awful, the externals OK, but not special.
When using the battleship to attack the islands, the gun blasts came from the centre of the ship, not the turrets, and it would only fire at 90 degrees, and then only if you were turning in that direction.
I have BOB, Cliifs of Dover, IL-2, ROF, but can't recall when I last used them.
PS I haven't used WOW yet, either
