That particular airframe is actually a mixture of F-27 and F-50. If you look closely at the fuselage just aft of the Fokker logo (and underneath the engine in the second photo) you'll notice an F-27 oval window that has been painted over. The rectangular F-50 windows are painted onto the fuselage. The first two F-50 prototypes were like this, based on F-27 fuselages, while the third one was the first to be built to full F-50 spec.
Due to shortages and cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off.
