Post by Aharon »

Shalom and greetings all my pals,

Presenting a ski resort charter service from KMCI Kansas City International Airport located 15 miles northwest of downtown Kansas City, Missouri to KEGE Eagle County Regional Airport four miles west of Eagle and Vail, Colorado

Airborne after take off from runway 09 on climb to FL360 with background view of intersection of highway route numbers 169 and 152

You can see financial district below the nose and below sixth passenger window is Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport the home of TWA headquarters and was labelled as most dangerous airport in America in era 1960

Image

Still climbing past suburbs of Kansas City

Image

Passing Kansas City's two stadiums called Kauffman Stadium the home of Kansas City Royals and Arrowhead Stadium the home of Kansas City Chiefs where you can see highway route number 70 above the baseball stadium

Image

Passing the financial district and the local airport of Kansas City already described previously

Passing the airport of departure as seen below the plane

Look at heart shaped lake called Bear Creek Lake

Image

Approaching mountains which signals time for descent to get ready for hair-raising and difficult runway approach to runway 25

Image

Image

Got to watch out mountains on both sides of the plane!!!

Image

Image

Image

Got to watch out for mountains covered by heavy clouds!!

Image

To make it easy to have very safe approach to runway 25 without hitting mountains is to follow highway route number 6

Image

On approach path above highway route number 6 while avoiding mountains on both sides of the plane

Image

Image

Image

You can see how the plane followed the highway 6 all the way to the runway 25. Maybe FAA should call it Highway Route 6 Approach!!!

Image

Positioning to make final approach to runway

Seconds before touchdown

Image

TOUCHDOWN splattering snow dust

And you always seem to land where it just starts raining and the ground in strangely a little too reflective.
