I did that recently on my deck stairs. Didn't half feel the fool. Of course the following day my back let me know it. Note to self don't go out there with slippers on when it's been raining.

Looked like the path in front of my house last Tuesday when we had snow, sleet and then freezing rain. The previous week we hit 70f (21c) , and February was the warmest on record here. Naturally I fell flat on my behind when I stepped onto the path. Nothing broken but my dignity.
