Always good to see a modern take of an old classic (I myself am a proud owner of a Mini Cooper - and, yes I've owned three original Mini 1000's), but I wish they had carried forward the 'bug eyed' look of the original with it's big round headlights.

Interesting concept.. will it have insane mode? ;)

My dad owned 3 buses. One squareback two beetles and a Karmann Ghia.. which was the first car I ever drove, speaking of the last VW I mentioned..
Not sure what dad's reaction would be to an electric bus... Shocked - perhaps?. *-)

:lol: I had an aunt and uncle who owned one of these. They needed it to haul around their six kids.

I also have a cousin who destroyed a VW Bug with a single firecracker. True story. :lol:

Not sure whether or not I like this design, when the new VW Beetle was introduced it looked 'orrible but that is my own humble opinion.
