OK, you've got me going now.
I see that Butthole refers to the historic presence of archery butts.
I scored a lousy 6/10 in the names quiz, and still haven't discovered what is offensive about "Bell End".
Will look further.

EDIT: now I've found it, I wonder how I got through all these years never having heard it.

Ahhhh, interesting. Like I said before "Imagine how hard it is to get a pizza delivered to people living on this street." This sounds like a dangerous street to live on.

Edit: Just searched the meaning of "Bell End". OMG...too funny. Makes perfect sense when you think about it.
