An ugly day at the beach. Lots of wind and rain. The elements scared away the tourists...and Tato and Fudge.

Still chucking it down 4 hours later, tattoo shop open but empty, and nobody wandering around. You could still go for a dip in the sea, though.

The rain has stopped and someone is getting a tattoo.
He's probably getting a tattoo of an umbrella.

Another ugly day at the beach, but look who stopped by for a visit. Fudge and Tato!
They appeared to be stalking an unsuspecting resort guest.

From regular visits to the webcams, it looks like it's been raining almost continually for the last two or three days. The street's a bit damp this morning, too.

Makes you feel sorry for the guests who paid a pretty penny for their vacation...just to have it rain.

Here comes the street sweeper. The broom appears to be handmade from local materials. The dust pan appears to be a piece of bamboo attached to a large rectangular can which has been cut in half diagonally. You can see the street sweeper's vehicle to the right rear in the pic.

Another day at the beach in Koh Samui. A visitor appeared today, which I've never seen before. Some sort of sightseeing boat, perhaps?
