Thank you everyone, it has gone a little better than of late so hoping I've found a sweetish spot in my pill timing. It is known that Parkinson's meds should be taken at specific times regularly, but simple things like meal times can upset the smoothness of the operation and i have found haptics in my mobile play a part between my mobile and my alarm app.
