What's the point of this Forum if you don't use it?
It's costing Ben to keep it going, if that makes any difference to you.
a) I've never heard the story of the pilot, so the number plate didn't strike a chord.
b) I get about as much response from people ( including you, Mike ) when I post.
c) Yes, I also wonder why Ben spends money keeping the place going.
Hi Paul,
OK, you are in category a)
When I see a title referring to FS 2020 and newer, I often don't get involved, because I can't make a meaningful contributiin to anything beyond FSX.
Having said that, I looked at a couple of those posts and saw some interesting screenshots from you, which I would have commented on. So apologies. I will mend my lax ways and read foreign topics in future.
I look on all this as positive, because there has been discussion, and you have opened my eyes, so thank you. Hopefully the same applies to others. Three cheers for Ben.
Cheers, Mike.

Hi Mike. I too haven’t responded to this thread (until now) because there’s nothing useful or interesting that I can add.
However to give credit where it’s due, you’ve achieved your aim of stimulating participation in the forum and also reminding us all of
Ben’s generosity. I seem to recall that some time back Ben needed to ask for a bit of support to help keep the site running so I hope that if it became necessary he won’t hesitate to do so again.EricT :)
Now at the age where I know I like girls but can't remember why!

Hey Mike... I didn't know about the story of the wayward pilot but I image there was a bit of confusion between the British and American languages...
For example :
There was a couple from the old country who came to America to seek the advice of a Endocrinologist.
The wife met with the doctor and had a series of tests done. When the results were in she was told by the doctor that there was flesh in her passage and if she had a child it would be a miracle.
So she went home and her husband asked what the doctor told her.
She had a confused look on her face and said.
I had a hard time understaning his American English but I think he said... I have a fish in my passage and If I have a child it'll be a mackerel.
