Hi
I now have the needle parking at a reasonable speed down to park position , and started work on the loop antenna , but good old MS are trying their best to totally screw my PC by trying to force the win10 22H2 update onto my PC even though support for win 10 ended last year , and at this time it will not install , and i cannot disable the win update , and the idiots at MS keep trying every so many days to force it in , and going by the web the latest win11/10 update is causing black screen of death ,outlook issues and apps not working or cannot shut PC or programs down or in some cases start them up , and i have yet again reached the delay limit so win i shut down it will force the update on me if it fails to install then it will revert to how it is now and i can breath again but if it installs i could end up with no PC and end up taking it to the repair shop to try and reinstall win 10 , and that could mean reinstalling all my programs , an last time i reinstalled my FSX it took me 3 months to get everything back , so not looking forward to next few hours , i just wish MS would stop the updates on win 10 like they said , i might get something that is stable then.
Regards Alan. B-)

Hi.
Today i have had a breakthrough , with regards to basic switch and knob sounds , these only worked previously if i was in the Flight Replicas B24 Liberator , but not in other aircraft , i now have them working in the JustFlight Mosquito Mk VI .
The sounds are still a long way of finished , next hurdle getting the Volume Knob and turn to loud switch to give varying volumes to the IDENT Morse code , the turn to LOUD switch rotates the LOOP Antenna to get the initial bearing of tuned ADF before turning the compass card till the zero is inline with the Antenna needle to give heading to steer , before the visual gauge picks up the signal .
Slowly but steadily progressing .
Regards Alan . B-)

Hi.
Saturday i had a very good day of programming , i managed to get the mechanical needles actually simulating the same movement as the associated frequency without actually tuning the radio to simulate no power , added a R1155 power switch and light on the Antenna gauge and made the bmp`s for the labels and switch and the switch lock nut and power warning light , also found and fixed the no power needle stutters i was getting and improved the no power switching logic .
On Sunday morning i was tidying up and renumbering the R1155 xml lines and descriptions before doing any more programming , when good old MS every hour on the hour kept butting in saying update ready to go in .
Knowing the update was one that had tried to and failed to go in on the last 13 attempts i decided to disconnect the internet until today , to give me time to back up files just in case of issues .
Well Good old 22H2 update went in this time , but the JustFlight Mosquito i was using to test my gauges at this time does not show at airport , it shows in selection window , but once you spawn at an airport its invisible , no aircraft inside or outside views , but 2d options panel and my radio gauges mod show , so now having to check all my installed aircraft for what works and what does not , A2A aircraft i have tried so far show but some that where ok prior up date now have damaged engines , so i am at this stage thing this up date has modified or removed the required sim connect for FSX , lots to check so programming temp on hold for now .
Don`t you just love MS who can screw up a system that was working before the update .
