When I said only a week to go, I didn't know that there was going to be this delay, so sorry.
PeteP, Mick (woody901), Brian (Bridon Bear), Joe (blanston12), AllanL and Ben (TSR2) all spotted the DH 77, which lost out to the Hawker Fury biplane as the fast interceptor sought by the AM.
Lots of information provided by you, yet Pete gets the Knows Art again this time.
Diamonds all round. Congratulations each and every one of you.

27-04-26 results The Bleriot SPAD 41 was a streamlined looking machine which the authorities did not smile widely upon.
Those who knew , or discovered the facts, were:
Brian (Bridon Bear), PeteP, Mick (woody901), and making a welcome return, Pete (Motormouse)
I feel for Mick, who is putting in more detailed responses, but keeps getting pipped by PeteP for the Knows Art.

I had Bleriot SPAD but couldn’t find any pictures of that spinner, so was beginning to thing I was going mad. Are there any pictures of the 41 on the internet? All my search is showing is a line drawing 😂

Not many that I could find, Ben, but this page has the same photo that Mike used:

Mick (woody901), PeteP, Brian (Bridon Bear), EDIT: Pete (Motormouse), Joe (blanston12) and Leonel (Gupyzer0) saw through the American disguise applied to a captured Nakajima Ki84-1a, all receiving the traditional Diamond badges.
Mick was first in with a good back story, but PeteP laid in on thick again, to collect the Knows Art.
