That's a nice looking model Roger and I'm sure that the 'Warbird' fraternity will love it. On this side of the pond.. I think a nice Wildcat would go down just a little better :wink:

If you can tell 'em that Roger and get away with it.. there will be more than a little interest from these parts :wink:

The Hellcat is/was a great aircraft and it's place in US aviation history is assured. It doesn't have quite the same historic value (for me at least) as it's slightly uglier sister :bandit: Cracking model all the same :wink:

IMO it looks very nice.. i've always had a soft spot for the Hellcat anyway. Can anyone tell me if the carriers and ships in the shots come with it?

The scenery I used is up at the SOH (freeware) and is from the group calling themselves 'The Virtual Navy'...

The 'scenery' is the Virtual Navy's VN_TF16.zip package...

I got mine earlier, she is really good..........great sounds. Just waiting now for the guys that did the Japenese carrier group to come out with the USN side of things, perfect match
