Looking very smart indeed there! I like it!

I never will get used to that nose though...I can't help feeling it looks 'wrong'. Still....since when were asthetics a part of modern aerodynamics?!?!

Looking forward to seeing this soon!

Cheers,
Andy M.

Sadly Toby from reports I've read the E jets are ALOT more comfortable than the 146 ever was!
They certainly look cozy inside though Ive never travelled on either types myself.

Cheers,
Andy M.

Yes a couple haev already been parted out at Hurn in fact a year or two ago. I believe the plan is to exhaust all remaining useful life from the fleet. The 146made its maiden flight 25 years ago this September and the last one was built in 1993, so its getting on a bit now. So far there hasnt been a mass exodus of the fleet to Africa and developing nations in the way that happened to the One Eleven, but it will likely happen in time since that what it was designed for in the first place!

Thats it Toby and when evntually the 146 goes Guernsey will lose it's London Jet link

The Embraer is not suitable for GCI

It might be used on ocassions but it's to do with stopping in the wet.
