Not sure about that Leif...No real life experience of female fighter pilots...Don't forget that the blood needs somewhere to pool and girls tend to have more space lower down...Also, I expect they would profit from having either small breasts or very powerful bra straps.
I have rather skinny legs and always used a G-suit I was considered to be able to pull more G than most, but it was the fatigue reducing aspect of the G-suit that I was keen on.
Pulling sustained high G is a matter of technique and practice and I'm sure that girls would learn just as easily...Don't forget the the pilot actually flying the aircraft can ALWAYS black out the non flying pilot...That is because the learning curve teaches you to auto-tense the right things as you move the stick.
If an experienced girl fighter pilot were to fly me in a two seater (assuming I was back in my youth and practiced), she would definitely be able to black me out while she was flying the machine and I would definitely be able to black her out while I was handling :think:
