BMI Baby pulling out of Teeside

In the news today is a report that BMI Baby are closing operations at Durham-Teeside and moving the two aircraft in use from there to Birmingham where they are expanding their services.

yes, this has been rumoured on the Birmingham Airport News And Discussion group for a month or so now.
I think there was some interest by other airlines in the Teeside routes.
