Well We're (Lands' End Direct merchants) not as big as Royal Mail but the management still have no idea how to organise us!
'P**s up in a brewery' comes to mind to be honest.
Though due to the way you've changed your postage costs we're about to release our 1st 134 page catalogue so I was informed by our MD at the last company-wide meeting on Thursday.
It'll probably be as successful as the last one though, which means no bonus in April if we don't reach 90% of our sales target over peak (Christmas period)
