FSX help Desk Opens!

In order to deal with the massive customer complaints generated by their new FSX software, Micrsoft today opened a specialist help desk to cater for customer demand;

They've had the FAQ and interactive help running for several weeks now. The help desk was part of the planned support (now standard for all "major" M$ releases apparently according to some guys at M$).

Humorous or not, it happens to be true that M$ is opening "help desk" lines for all of their major software releases for all platforms, especially with everything becoming "authenticated" now, so like I said - it's been done and it was planned, no matter what reason people thing it's for.
