Hey I'm sorry its taken me a while to say thanks for the replies - I'll try to keep the temps in yellow and see what happens!

This is really great fun - it takes me from my home in California right back to my days as a kid watching BA and Cambrian 1-11s take off and land at Cardiff (rhoose) airport)...

Hi Pete

Yes they do evoke memories :)

Use tht top temp switches and you won't have to worry about the yellow

Or you could just do what I do on t/o.... that is if full throttle then as soon as airborne just pull them back enough for the overheat lights to go out :)
