If this could also be uploaded for others to use we'd soon have a gem on our hands.There's a paint kit included so with a bit of TLC it would be easy to knock up some really impressive textures with custom weathering, new rivets and suchlike. Knock up some custom specular and bump maps and it would certainly begin to really shine.

I just wanted to confirm, for those who haven't already tried it, that Henry William et al's repaints for the Alphasim Canberra for FS2004 also work in the FSX model:
Some of Henry's texture folders even come with a thumbnail, which is a bonus!
The main thing you need to do is copy one of the texture.cfg files from an original Alphasim texture folder and paste it into the addon texture folders. That way the bump and spec maps are loaded.
For completeness I also edited the aircraft.cfg entries so they are consistent, from this..

... to this...
ui_manufacturer=English Electric
