And in my case that'll be not useful lately

I have to say, I've followed this development carefully myself, and Lionheart and Prop_Tash over at SOH are flipping geniuses. I've had success with this method myself now (only wish I'd knew of it earlier, lol!) and from a developers standpoint, it's well-worth messing with. Like Andy says, it's a complete new lease of life for FS9. Great stuff.
If any developers here run into problems with the method, give us a shout and I will post up the notes I made for myself (admittedly, it takes some getting your head around).

Just coming back to this, I installed this to FSX (it has a dual installer

) a while back and looking through my folder noticed it again and then noticed it didn't appear in my thumbnails at all. The update (that I installed) for it that says overwrite the aircraft.cfg and panel.cfg files does, but doesn't containt the aircraft fltsm info and a lot of other info too, the update needs to be added to the aircraft.cfg not overwritten.
I have just reinstalled and not applied the update at the moment, everything seems fine.
Anyway, I thought I would be a little patriotic in Australia, since we are giving them a good thumping in the Ashes
