Gary and I both have the Coffman file (with efx) that was done for the AOP9 and the Auster B4 so it will be an easy addition IF the twin Pin used it -- and definite for the Single Pin.

I have a question for the Brains Trust -- I was looking at Rich's Twin Pin Sales Brochure and on the front page there are drawing of THREE aircraft
a Single Pin, A Twin Pin and a third which looks like Scottish Aviation had a notion to lengthen the The Twin Pin , give it turboprops and retractable gear....I don't remember anything about this beastie growing up--- can anyone shed light on wether it ever got BEYOND a line drawing?

Leif, loads of Googling came up with nothing on that third aircraft so it may well be it never got off the drawing board.

That was my guess to Rich

Interesting looking bit of kit - from the shape of the nacelles it looks like they had Mamba's in mind....

The third is either the Turbo Pioneer 1956 or the Super Twin Pioneer 1960.

OK just found the picture on the Sales Brochure and I would say it was the Turbo Pioneer with Rolls Royce Dart Mk 506 engines.

I have just had a quick couple of circuits in the TwinPin and she is totally wonderful! The Basset was a great step forward, but this model is way better still! One hopes the Rob has really got into 'my sort' of RAF aircraft now, many of which have been missing from MSFS since the start.

I would love to see (one day, no timescales!) a Single Pioneer, a Pembroke and finally for the first time ever...a Belvedere! Then, we come to the Bev and the Argosy C Mk 1

Classic British Freeware is alive and well in 2011, well done Rob :welldone: :welldone: :welldone:

Thanks very much for the Twin Pin Rob. Getting this today has made me a Happy Hound. I am trapped at home in Whitby, car off road as it will take the AA six days to come and replace my flying stone cracked windscreen. I am off to brush up on STOL technique on the Twin Pin.
