In the video, you can hear me say (in German, to the passenger next to me) "When you rent a plane in Switzerland, you have to give it back clean". An unintended consequence of the fire service's water arch. To be honest the plane looked immaculate even before boarding.

I wonder what happens to those Avro pilots?? Are they going to be re-trained for other type of planes or are they retiring?

They are retraining on the Bombardier CSeries, which replaces the Avro RJ in the Swiss fleet.
