Lucky me! my system is mid range in comparison to the spec suggested on the site, as soon as my house move is finished next week and my broadband is connected i will be investing in this.

Rick,

Backup showing as 2 hrs 45 mins left! If you are still around then I'll create a session as soon as its done and PM you.

If not perhaps we'll give it a go over the weekend if you are around.

Sure to be fun whenever, we could have a CBFS cup! once we have a few more interested of course!

I was interested to see some of the cars on there were ones also available as Scalextric models about the time I was into that (early 90s). I wonder if people have been using them as reference material or just concidence?

What tools do you use to model for this game? The other night I was thinking it would be quite fun to model some old F1 cars.... I wouldnt mind recreating some of 'our Nige's previous cars Image

Hi Guys

VLM had that coming. (sniff!) :worried:

Hi Toby

No not used the scaletrix cars as they were very innacurate livery wise.

I spent a few hours sticking my VHS tapes from those days onto DVD then freeze framing to get what i needed.

What makes me laugh the most is how much better these guys drive compared to the contact sport it is now.

they had cars with much more road car oriented suspension etc & 300 to 600 bhp but only hit ieach other when they made a mistake & not every time they get to a corner like they do now.

Regards
Rick
