Sorry for being a pain but just to be sure is it water flaps that will open the Bomb bay on the Just flight Vulcan

I think the Just Flight Vulcan is the old PSS model which I still have Bomb doors are suposed to open with SHIFT=W Cockpit stairs SHIFT+E SPEEDBRAKE /

This is from the PSS manual though if you have it in FSX I think SHIFT+W has changed to CTRL+W.

The airfile for that was a Concorde airfile, I have a feeling it was the old Fs2000 default Concorde which I found unflyable, checked in the aifile when I got the PSS Vulcan and found in one entry which no longer appears in any airfiles these days, that was the Just another Name entry, in there was the word Concorde, hence its super high speed.

I have a look as I changed my Shift+W dont know why though and I have it for FS9 the pc would die if I had FSX

Just trawled through old backup CD's and found the Just Flight version with 9 I think different models, 1 is a flyable ????? tanker version that as far as I can see will not trail it's hose, Just Flight released a AI Vulcan BK2 that does trail its hose over 10000ft which I also have but had to do a fair bit of work on the flight dynamics as it would not maintain level flight it was + or - 1000 ft, no way you could line up behind it, like following a porpoise.

A fair few models that I have ported to FSX no longer have working bomb doors the Alphasim Vulcan and Buccaneer being 2 of them, Ms in its infinate wisdom realocated the Concorde visor keys C and V to some screen capture thing and something else equally useles to me, shift+W now appears to work as ctrl + w in FSX. This is not just confined to Alphasim, Mr Ito and Mike Stone also made use of the C and V keys for bomb doors

Forgot about the Concorde visor keys I try them as long i not changed them I will try thursday as Im out on a steam train tomorrow for Novermber 11 (34067 Tangmere if anyone is intrestesd) will post thursday night

IT'S WATER RUDDER..default shift W unless Dave has changed his assignment.

I have a default newly loaded FS9 and SHIFT W is WATER RUDDER

Look at you assignments unter control/ assignments and see what water rudder is assigned to and if nothing the assign something

Have you tried that???
